After School Chinese Class
Our specially designed After-School Mandarin Programme is tailored for children growing up in Ireland. Combining fun, interactive learning with a structured curriculum, the course introduces Mandarin phonics (Pinyin), simplified Chinese characters, and essential language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Based on the internationally recognised HSK framework, our programme helps students build a strong foundation in Chinese while preparing them for future HSK examinations, opening doors to academic, cultural, and career opportunities in an increasingly global world.
The after-school schedule (3:00–5:00 PM) also provides a convenient solution for busy parents, allowing children to continue learning in a safe, engaging environment after school rather than requiring immediate pick-up.
At CCEA, students are placed in classes according to both age and language proficiency. Our experienced bilingual teachers use student-centred, interactive, and activity-based teaching methods to ensure that learning Chinese is enjoyable and effective. To maintain high teaching standards and individual attention, each class is limited to a maximum of 15 students.
"More than just after-school care — a fun and engaging Mandarin programme designed specifically for children in Ireland, helping them build language skills, cultural confidence, and a global future."
